Mini-meatloafs with gravy over egg noodles... takes 1 hour
For a different meal you can make the mini-meatloafs the same however do not add the sauce and peas. Instead make 2 packets of brown gravy and pour over the mini-meatloafs after the meatloafs have been browned on both sides, and add minced onions to taste. Cook for about 1 hour on 200 degrees. When the meatloafs are about 2/3 done, start boiling your water in a 2 quart sized pot and after it is boiling add 8 ounces of egg noodles and cook until done. Then put noodles on the plate and put your mini-meatloaf with gravy on top and serve. Serves 2.
Both are very good. My mother-in-law used to serve these to her family and my husband and I pass these down to you.
